I need a 60x30 standard tub for a TALL person. I am told that:
The higher the rim height the better.
The thinner the tube the more room you have.
Does anyone have a recommendation?
If you are looking for a tub with the most volume, go with steel enamel.
You can also go to the big box stores to see the floor samples and measure for yourself. Bring a tape measure.
Standard tubs are 32" wide. 30" is found in acrylic and the dismal failure of a product that goes under the name of Americast, which is enameled steel backed up by crack-prone plastic.
