i am remodeling a small bathroom (8 x 7). i have problems with peeling paint (moisture). it has regular drywall installed at the moment. the exhaust fan is ducted out the side of the house with a 5' run. is there a better product to use in this small high moisture area than greenboard? i will be repainting the surface. also would it be better to use a humidistat controlled exhaust fan or a fan connected to a timer switch. any other ideas that might help with my peeling problem would be appreciated. thanks.

To stop the peeling problem you can use some sanitary equipments which are easily available in the market.Humidistat controlled exhaust fan can't control this problem.
You can search online too.

Yes..... materials, labor and transportation costs vary state to state ..if you want to build a "Redwood" deck in California, Oregon or Washington you pay a hefty price, but in Texas, tack on a hefty special order fee, as redwood is abundant on the coast while it's quite hard to come by in other parts of the country. If you want to put a steel roof on your house, it's cheaper in Texas because corrugated metal sheeting is manufactured in abundance in Texas.
