air in hot water zone

I have a gas hot water boiler. One zone is for hot water that goes to a hot water tank next to the boiler. All zones have pumps and flow valvaes . The zone for the hot water keeps getting air in it. I have purged it out many times . When I do it works for a day or so then gets air bound again. The pump for this zone is running. I have even had a lic. plumber come and purge it out with the same results . The house is two years old and until a month age worked fine . The other zones for heat are working .The house has radenet floor heating. And zone for the garage is all working. Does anyone have any idea how air is getting in the system.
