A/C Rheem v.s Bryant

Hi everyone,

We are looking at getting a new ac as our house didn't come with one, but we really need it. We have gone through the process of getting quotes from different companies. There are 2 that we like. Unfortunately, they have 2 different machines. 1 is a Bryant 13 seer, 2.5 ton. The other is a Reem 13 seer 2.5 ton. The price points are't huge so it boils down to the best bang for the buck. If someon can direct me to reviews on these two ac units, I'd appreciate it.

13 SEER seems very low.

I recommend Goodman.

Goodman is a popular brand offering modestly priced units. They’re not flashy but they tend to get the job done and offer very solid warranty coverage, including lifetime coverage on the compressor, one of the key components of the unit and a very costly one to repair otherwise.
