1918 elevated wood home floor problem

My sister lives in a Florida home built in 1918. Made of all wood, it is more of a shack. the home is elevated about 3ft and doesn't have a concrete pad under it. Obviously, the wood floor has started rotting. Since she and her husband are disabled, my mom and I want to fix it for her and their kids. We are thinking obout pouring a concrete pad under the house to promote dryness under the house. Would it be of any benefit to apply a slope to the pad so that it is higher in the middle? There is no siding, so there should be plenty of airflow.

With  then stilts 3 foot above ground a concrete pad on the ground would provide very little protection in that humid climat.
