I am considering walling off a door that connects our half bath and full bath, but I'm wondering if doing so will affect the resale value. I like the idea of keeping the bathrooms seperate, but I know that most 1.5 bath houses have the full bath off of the main living space or hallway. Separating the bathrooms will work for my family, but will I regret it when we go to sell the house?
