Steps:
1. Position the line.
2. Dig the first posthole.
3. Wrap the post.
4. Set the post.
5. Cut the sleeve pieces.
6. Assemble the sleeves.
7. Install the first sleeve.
8. Cut the frame pieces.
9. Attach the front stops.
10. Drill weep holes.
11. Cut the lattice.
12. Assemble the frame.
13. Install the lattice.
14. Set the post spacing.
15. Position the second post.
16. Attach the panel.
17. Attach the cap rail.
18. Secure the post caps.

Difficulty: Moderate Aligning the posts requires precision, but building the panels is not complex.
