Steps:
1. Mark the cleat locations.
2. Attach the cleats.
3. Cut the parts and attach nailing strips.
4. Join the soffit and fascia.
5. Attach a connecting block.
6. Put up the half beams.
7. Attach backing blocks for runs parallel to the joists.
8. Cut the crown molding.
9. Prepare the ends for coping.
10. Cope the ends.
11. Install the first run.
12. Build an inside corner.
13. Mark the corners.
14. Cut and install the moldings.
15. Cut a scarf joint.
16. Install the scarf joint.
17. Finish the runs.
