The full bath is elegant as well as smart, with a grab bar doubling as a towel rack and heat radiating from the towel warmer above the toilet. Opposite the bath is a well-lit walk-in closet with ample shelf, drawer, and rod space. Between the two is yet another window, overlooking the sun room extension and the yard and park out back. Tucked neatly over the window is the understated split type AC unit that will keep the upstairs cool in summer.
