General contractor Tom Silva visits homeowners Roy and Sandra Lynn and shows them several products that are designed to keep leaves and other debris out of rain gutters. Then Tom, plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey, landscape contractor Roger Cook, and host Steve Thomas examine two unfamiliar objects and try to guess how they're used. Richard then visits homeowners Steve and Maureen Parker and helps them repair their wobbly toilet.

Richard repaired the wobbly toilet by turning off the water, unbolting and removing the toilet, removing th ewax ring, installing an anchor flange repair plate, installing a new wax seal, replacing the toilet, and reattaching the closet bolts.
