This New House
New techniques, technologies and products for residential construction and living is the focus of This New House, which airs Thursdays at 9 pm on DIY Network. It's about the future of the American home—as promoted and used by cutting-edge designers and builders and by forward-thinking inventors and manufacturers.
Co-hosted by Kevin O'Connor and Amy Matthews, each episode takes place at a different house that embodies the best and most innovative building techniques of today. Kevin and Amy also visit labs, factories, communities and other house projects to see how the present is meeting the future. Viewers also are treated to tips about living—and buying—in the here and now, as the show highlights the latest in today's products and gadgets.
