A Fine Space for Painting
The last tenant was a painter who used the large wall of the living room to hold her canvases.
(The drip marks are still visible.) The new tenants may enjoy the space for its corner windows,
formal fireplace, stained walnut pocket doors and fine plaster ceiling medallion.
