Handsome but Tired
Driving by for the first time, we saw what Dan and Heather Beliveau saw when
they bought this 1865 rowhouse: a solid, well-built, well-proportioned
structure whose only faults seemed to be the result of deferred maintenance
or inappropriate surface materials. Ever so slightly off-square, the main
building hugs its street lot lines, leaving a tiny bit of open space out
back around the rear ell.
