Floor plan Almost a Spa
The necessity for a top-floor bathroom ended up giving birth to a knockout room whose mansard exterior nicely rounds out the building's roofline. It has a full-size stackable washer/dryer, a private toilet, a glass-walled walk-in shower, a huge soaking tub, and an eye-catching round skylight that was Tommy's answer to the room's out-of-square nature.
