Here's a faster way to remove both fully adhered and perimeter-bonded vinyl flooring. First, use a utility knife to cut the flooring into 12-inch-wide strips across its entire length. Lift the end of the first strip and wrap it around a large cardboard tube, wooden dowel, pipe, or rolling pin. Then roll the tube along the floor, peeling up the strip of flooring as you go.
