1895 Second Empire

Angela Dasher picked up a love of old homes from tagging along on home tours as a kid with her parents. She wasn't looking for a new home but was enchanted by this late-19th-century gem's gingerbread facade, four porches, six floor-to-ceiling windows, and mansard roof. However, it was in a bad state: crumbling walls, moldy floors, and pigeon nests inside.
