Historic Details in Butler's Pantry

Who: Melissa G.
Where: Cranford, NJ

Since this house served as a multi-family house for 75 years, a lot of things were not cared for. Our vision was to marry the old with the new while preserving as many of the original details and elements as we could, and we believe we achieved that. A steel beam was put in the kitchen area to enlarge the space, enabling us to recreate the butler's pantry area and a powder room.

Who did the work: A contractor did all the work.
Cost: More than $100,000 (whole house)
