Pie-Safe Pantry Facade

Who: Patrick R.
Where: Granbury, TX

The pantry already existed, and my wife wanted a pie safe. Since there was no room in the kitchen to place it, I removed the pantry door and trim and built a pie safe large enough to cover the trim and deep enough to look like a real pie safe. I also punched the tin, which I purchased from a website. Fools everyone into thinking it is only a pie safe. We love the look on their faces when we open the doors.

Who did the work: I did all the work myself.
Cost: Under $100
