A 1920s-Inspired Butler's Pantry

Who: Chris and Kathy P.
Where: Gastonia, NC

Upper-cabinet storage could not be used in the kitchen area, making the butler's pantry crucial for storing everything! We are so happy with the way the design of the kitchen evolved, sacrificing cabinet space to create distinct working stations with the feel of freestanding furniture pieces, as used in original 1920s kitchens.

Who did the work: We did most of the work ourselves.
Cost: $25,000-$50,000 (kitchen)
