Honoring Traditional Detail: After

Who: Jeff F.
Where: Indianapolis, IN

Everything is new in this space, while honoring the traditional detail. The plumbing was moved. New electrical was installed. The quartersawn oak floors were matched. The kitchen layout changed dramatically. KraftMaid solid-maple five-panel cabinets keep a traditional feel. Traditional subway tiles were used as the backsplash. The counters chosen are a brushed Absolute Black granite. Modern stainless-steel appliances bring this space 21st-century convenience.

Who did the work: I did most of the work myself.
Cost: $25,000-$50,000
