A Constant State of Demolition: After

Who: Ron and Stephanie G.
Where: Tampa, FL

The demolition took us almost 5 months of weekend and evening work. We had to take all of the plaster and lath off the walls because the wiring and plumbing were less than substandard. The home was originally built in 1913 and some of the wiring still appeared to be original. We were in a constant state of demolition. It was always my job and I really enjoyed it.

Who did the work: We did some of the work ourselves but a contractor did most of it.
Cost: More than $100,000
