Eliminating Evidence of Goats: After

Who: Bruce S.
Where: New Braunfels, TX

I learned that if you want something badly enough, you will work hard to create something unique. Walls, ceilings, and floors are all wood and had to be scraped. Tin and 2xs from the roof were all numbered so they could be put back originally. Also took down another old house built in the late 1800s to use as building material. The house and additions are 85 percent salvaged materials.

Who did the work: We did most of the work ourselves.
Cost: $50,000 to $100,000
