Soon after she got married, Kelly Green Sowers started hunting for a home in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, that she and her husband could share. "Then we found this place, which was such a wreck that Jeffrey knew he could transform it into exactly what he wanted." The 1905 Queen Anne hadn't been painted in 30 years and needed a new roof, and the porch columns and floor were rotted.
