On the day that Kacey and John raised the walls of their new master-suite addition—part of a whole-house renovation—Kacey found out she was pregnant with the couple's first child. Did she let that stand in the way of their progress? Nope. "We finished the great-room floors and moved the furniture into the living room the night I went into labor," she says. "We installed the kitchen sink the night I came home from the hospital."
