Who: Timothy L.

This was one part of a basement redo. The first thing I did was remove the carpet and tile the floors. The other components were separating my laundry room with new double doors, adding stock cabinets for storage, and repurposing some wine racks and my old front door for a wine/storage cellar. I love the design and construction aspects, and I love the clean, open space when I enter the basement (assuming the kids actually put their shoes and coats away).
Who did the work: I did all the work myself.
Cost: $1,000 to $5,000
