Using Masking Tape as an Architectural Detail

I was renting a brick Craftsman-style house and didn't want to spend any money on fixing it up, but the front window's lack of divided lights started driving me nuts. It was robbing the house of its architectural integrity. My cheapskate fix was to make muntins out of masking tape, creating the look of separate panes.
