Remodeling with Plexiglass and Spray Paint

Kevin Kmetz

Our big money-saving idea was the backsplash in our kitchen. I cut sheets of plexiglass to size, including holes for the wall outlets. I then painted the back of each sheet in a bright chartreuse to add a punch of color and attached the sheets to the wall with small screws in each corner. Just like that, we had a fresh, updated kitchen for about a hundred bucks!
