Harvesting Solar Rays for Night-Lights

Barb Wagner
Pensacola, FL

My husband, Fred, believes in saving energy wherever he can. So, every morning he sets a plastic crate outside with half a dozen or so solar landscape lights in it to soak up our Florida sunshine. At dusk he brings them in and puts them around the house in vases, or even just in corners, giving us free night-lights. I don't know how much energy regular night-lights use, but every little bit counts!
