Light and Airy New Space: After

Who: Dustin B.
Where: Pleasant Grove, UT

Our new kitchen is now comfortable, cozy, and functional — we spend so much time there that it was worth every penny. I love how light and airy it feels. We were able to push the kitchen out about three feet, which really made a big difference. The recessed lighting adds so much and we can now see what it is we're cooking or making. We had intended to refinish the old cabinets, but a glitch in the order got us all new cabinetry for the same price — a total score.

Who did the work: I did some of the work, but a contractor did most of it
Cost: $5,000 to $10,000
