All of the trim was removed and discarded to eliminate the possibility of lead paint exposure. The plaster was patched up, and the graffiti was painted over. The roof was repaired over the closets. Lights were added in both. Period closet doors were purchased at a yard sale for $5 and didn't even need re-staining!
