My wife and I recently moved into a 20-year-old home and wanted to add lighting, insulation and create a cozier feeling than the vaulted ceiling in the living room provided. Three-foot walls were on both sides of the playroom in the loft/overlook area. We were concerned about the safety of our young children who would be playing there.
