'Save This Old House' Update: 2010

This rural Maryland home is being offered by Maryland's Resident Curatorship program. Anyone who pledges to restore and maintain the house can live here for just $1 a year. The home, located in a state park near the Delaware and Pennsylvania borders, is still available. But a spokesperson for the Curatorship program said there are several people interested in the property, and she expects they will have a resident chosen by the end of January.
