My friend Ray's house had fallen into disrepair. The lawn was overgrown with trees and the porch was sagging. There was no closet in the master bedroom and the master bath was covered in mold. There was a beautiful park across the street, but his old windows were small, not giving him much of a view. To be truthful, the place looked like a haunted house.
