Repurposed Rails

Send your rusty salvage-yard scores to Chicago furniture designer and "upcycler" Randall Kramer, who can transform just about anything cast or wrought into a stylish, one-of-a-kind home accent. This elegant headboard was once a balcony railing. The design and fabrication fee: about $495, excluding price of the rail; Kramer Design Studio
