Colorful Spanish Style: After
Who: Alden S
Where: Clearwater, Fl.
Relocating the bath to the exterior of the house brought in more natural light and connected the bath to our newborn's room for easy access. After the contractor installed the plumbing and electrical, we built the arch for the shower, installed the tile, trim work, lighting, and American Clay. The sink and bureau were salvaged from the original bath. We started the demo work two days before we gave birth to our first child and finished just in time to celebrate his 1st birthday. P.S. Did we mention we are seven months pregnant with our second child and still working on the kitchen remodel?
Who did the work: I did some of the work myself
Cost: $5,000 to $10,000 -
