Matching a Queen Anne Beauty: Before
Who: Sherri P
Where: Chattanooga, Tenn.
Upon purchasing our 1888 Victorian home, our main floor bathroom, which originally had been part of the wrap-around porch, came outfitted with vinyl flooring, rubber baseboard trim, aluminum slider windows and a utility closet. We began our project by replacing the windows with full-length Queen Anne wood windows to match the rest of the house. This also opened up the panorama views we have living on a historic ridge. We then demolished the wall that separated the bathroom area from the storage area. -
