Sony's OLED Television

So your friends may have an LCD or a plasma but why not up the geek factor and be the first person on your block with an organic light emitting diode (known as OLED) television? OLEDs may sounds like a chemistry experiment gone terribly wrong, but their ability to produce vivid colors and the highest contrast possible while only taking up a few millimeters means they may be the newest technology to supplant LCDs and plasmas.
