Jeanette Koehler-Harris, 49, of New Hope, Minnesota, and her father were feeling proud of their progress while installing a portal in her basement door to provide her two cats with litter-box access. "We took the door off its hinges and carefully measured not once, not twice, but three times," says Jeanette. "And we were thrilled when the cutting went so easily. Just imagine the look on our faces when we realized we had cut the opening in the top half of the door instead of the bottom. The standing joke around here is that I must have flying cats."
