When we featured this beautiful 1840s Italianate in 2005, a group of concerned Ripley citizens had pooled their money together to form an LLC, bought the dilapidated house, stabilized it, and was trying to find a preservation-minded buyer willing to finish the job. Luckily, Vic and Cindy Young came along.
