He gutted the home, added a new roof, tuck pointed the brick and stone, put on a fresh coat of paint, and installed new windows and gutters. He is now in the process of renovating the interior and going through drawings for his new business. Over the years, the home has also served as a hospital, seminary, funeral parlor, antique shop and private residence.
