After my mom passed away, I inherited the home, an old, old historic house. My husband and I live there with my dad. We started on the far side of the house with the two bedrooms(one full of junk which got fuller). After stripping out all the old panelling and rotten wood, we found termite damage. We put a new floor, Sheetrock, sealed up a door and cut a new one, made a closet, painted, new carpet, by ourselves.
