I did all the work myself, including all the electric, plumbing, tiling and building the cabinets from scratch (The tall cabinet is concealing a chimney). I also ended up having to tear out the kitchen ceiling below the bathroom to add strength to the floor to support the weight of all the tile and concrete base for the walk-in shower.
