It includes eleven heating modes and separate controls for heat from above and below. A ThermoTest feature monitors and displays the actual temperature inside the oven. The exterior stays cool with a thermally insulated door composed of five layers of glass. Also included is a child and vacation lock and an automatic shut off after 12 hours.
