We have diverse areas of expertise, which is how we were able to do this enormous project ourselves. My husband did all the woodwork/cabinetry, plumbing and electric (with the help of their son-in-law), and I handled the home design. I also know how to do masonry and tiling, painting and wallpapering. We have since renovated all the rooms in the house, save one—the living room, which will be completed soon. The Victorian 'Lady' is almost ready for her close up.
