This Victorian, part of a national historic district, has been kept up cosmetically over the years, while a major renovation is planned.An addition off the back of the house will require the relocation of a septic system, but will make room for an expanded eat-in kitchen, formal dining room, mudroom, back porch, and a new powder room. Upstairs, the homeowners have already renovated the kids' rooms, but not the master suite, yet.
