• 2. Cut 2x4 frames and legs
• 3. Position the frames
• 4. Assemble the frames and decks
• 5. Tape off the design
• 6. Paint the design
• 7. Remove the tape
• 8. Attach the handles
• 9. Bolt the legs to the frames
