Set the pieces for the stand on edge, perpendicular to one other, with the trunk of the T offset ¾ inch from the center of the front piece. (This adjustment allows space for the upright to be centered on the stand's front piece.) To assemble the stand, screw through the face of the front piece into the abutting end of the T's trunk with two evenly spaced 3-inch screws. Repeat for the second stand.
